We’re looking for an Art Director with advanced AI creation skills to help shape the next era of creative at Sircle. This is an integrated role for someone who can concept, direct, and execute, using AI as a creative accelerator, not a shortcut.
What You’ll Do
- Lead concepting and visual direction across campaigns and brand systems, from strategy to social execution.
- Create and art direct AI-generated assets, including photo-real lifestyle scenes, product visuals, and motion-ready imagery.
- Develop brand and campaign systems using both traditional and AI-driven tools.
- Write clear, actionable art direction for designers, creators, and freelancers across multiple content formats..
- Collaborate with SMMs, freelance creators and UGC creators to turn strategy into scroll-stopping visual storytelling.
- Introduce and test new AI tools, workflows, and creative methods that push our work and team forward.
- Stay ahead of visual, cultural, and AI trends to keep Sircle at the creative edge.
- Hands-on creative lead with 1–2 years of active, self-taught experience in AI tools; comfortable executing directly or educating others in how to use them.
- Participate in brainstorms, pitches, and client presentations with confidence and clarity.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio blending traditional art direction and advanced AI work.
- Proven art direction experience across brand campaigns, visual systems, and social storytelling.
- Expertise in AI tools such as Midjourney, Freepik, Firefly, Sora, Krea, or Runway—especially in photo-real prompting and lifestyle photography generation.
- Ability to write and communicate clear direction to designers and content creators (more design-forward than photography-forward).
- Comfortable speaking brand and campaign strategy in both internal and client-facing settings.
- Bonus: experience developing stylistic or AI-driven UGC concepts.

If you have experience creating AI-driven brand systems, we want to see it.
This includes:
- Developing AI design systems or AI brandscapes that build consistent brand languages and visual worlds.
- Generating pattern libraries, iconography, brand motion identities, or campaign environments using AI.
- Thinking like a brand strategist — understanding how generative tools can scale creative cohesion across campaigns, pitch decks, and visual identity work.
- Background in Graphic Design or a strong eye for visual layout

Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually, as well as benefits including a 401K with automatic 3% company match, flexible PTO, health, vision and dental insurance, and more.
